Single Consultation – $90
60 min – You control the content, I’ll tailor the session to best serve your needs. I’ll send you a short questionnaire prior to the meeting to ensure I prepare the best resources to support you. Multiple sessions can be purchased at a discount – just ask!
Nutritional Therapy Package – $500
Three months of expert nutritional support, including nutritional evaluations at the start and end of our collaboration. This package is for someone who wants to learn more about their body and fix any nutritional deficiencies they may have. For example, do you have stomach issues and frequently fart? Do you experience tightness and loose stools at times? Are you ready to stop feeling sick and tired all of the time? Do you wish you had more energy?
The details:
- 15 min Discovery Call
- Fill out the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), initial interview (which provides history and sets goals for us), and three days of a food and mood journal.
- 60-minute comprehensive consultation reviewing your results and outlining initial action steps.
- Two 45-minute meetings to check in on your progress at the end of each 30 days.
- At the end of 3 months, do another NAQ and food/mood journal to see the amazing progress you’ve made!
- Personalized nutrition plan at each session
- Optional supplement recommendations
- Phone/text/email support available throughout the 3 months
Group Classes
RESTART™ Program – $200
$200 per participant (Family discounts available) – This program is an excellent way for the whole family to learn how a few easy changes to your diet can improve your health. In this 5-week program, we go on a 3-week sugar detox, learn about digestion, blood sugar management, lipids, and proteins, and have fun while doing it! It comes with a RESTART recipe book and can be done in person or online. Here’s where you can learn more about the program.
Additional Services
Pantry Makeover – $100*
We’ll spend 60 minutes going over your pantry and figuring out how to make it an easy partner in your health quest. You have entire control over the project’s scope, which could range from a complete makeover to simply organizing to better suit your new lifestyle. There are virtual/remote solutions available.
Team Shopping Trip – $100*
Do you want to rip your hair out just thinking about food shopping and making healthy choices? Let’s take a stroll down the aisles together and discuss how to make healthy choices on a budget to make your health journey a tremendous success!
* Travel restrictions: These prices are for services within 30 miles of Vancouver, WA – additional miles will incur $5 per 10 miles traveled – maximum of 60 miles.
